The prompt
Paste it into the automation’s instructions. Each run starts a task from it.
Start from the project's goals and promises, listed with your instructions, then read the backlog and what shipped recently.
Pick the open goal that one change would move furthest, and make that change yourself, in this task. This task is the work: plan it here and build it here. Don't file it as a new task with create_task, and don't stop at a plan. Check the backlog first so you don't repeat work already filed; if the best step is already there, take the next best.
In your plan, name the goal the change serves and how it keeps every promise. If nothing can advance a goal without breaking a promise, say so and change nothing.
If a goal already looks reached, call propose_direction with kind reached and say why, so a person can keep it as a promise.
