Support inbox to fix
A customer emails about a bug. By the time you read it, it’s reproduced and planned.
Forward your support address to the project. Each real bug or feature request becomes a task with a reproduction, a root cause, a fix plan and a reply.
How it runs
-
It starts
An email from a trusted sender lands in the project’s inbox.
-
The agent works
Files one task per problem, reproduces it in headless Chrome with a screenshot or recording, finds the root cause and plans a fix with a failing test.
-
You approve
Approve the plan, send the drafted reply, and merge the fix when it’s green.
The prompt
Paste it into the automation’s instructions. Each run starts a task from it.
Customers email us here. Treat a bug report or a clear feature request as work; ignore thank-yous, billing questions and spam. File one task per problem, quoting the customer's own words. Each task should: reproduce the problem in the running app with headless Chrome and attach a screenshot or recording (if it won't reproduce, say what you tried and what you'd need from them); find the root cause, not just the symptom; plan a fix with a regression test that fails today; and draft a short, friendly reply to the customer that promises nothing we can't keep.
